Yes. Our model prioritises property care. Homes are maintained to a premium standard, with professional cleaning carried out several times each month, alongside regular inspections and proactive maintenance.
Our properties are occupied exclusively by corporate professionals, business travellers, and individuals relocating for work on a medium- to long-term basis. We do not accept party bookings, students, or social housing placements.
Absolutely. We closely monitor and adhere to all current and upcoming legislation, including changes such as the Rent Reform Bill, to ensure your property remains fully compliant at all times.
We accept fully furnished, part-furnished, and unfurnished properties. If a property has previously been let to students, some furnishings may not meet the expectations of professional occupants. In these cases, we may ask for furniture to be removed, and this will be factored into our offer.
The landlord remains responsible for major repairs, statutory safety checks, and long-term maintenance, typically coordinated through the managing agent. We handle minor repairs and day-to-day upkeep. For larger works, we can source contractor quotes, though you are welcome to use your own preferred tradespeople.
After viewing the property, we usually provide an offer within 24–48 hours. Once accepted, contracts can be signed within a further 48 hours, with rental payments starting immediately.
